Surprise!!! I eat greens!

People look at me funny when I say that, like they don't believe me. So I took a picture of the salad I made yesterday.

Spinach + Chive flowers. Straight from the garden. YUM

My tastes for greens have slowly been coming along. I still do not like peas, green beans, or brocoli…but at least I can eat them now without wanting to gag. I’ve also developed a love for asparagus. And did you know they grow like weeds here?
